Fragrant but strongMar 23, 2012
By groundie Years ago we read about Coltibuono in one of Ed Giobbi's books. He is an artist who loves to cook, had to cook in early starving days. Yes, these oils are not cheap and we don't waste a drop. But boy, do they have flavor! Save up and try it once in your life. One of these days, I'd like to try a true 'fresh-squeezed' olive oil from a known grower. I imagine it'd be like eating a garden-grown tomato instead of one from a supermarket.

By Marshall6 I have become a big fan of this fantastic olive oil from Tuscany. The smooth buttery flavor taste is a great addition to any recipe or salad dressing.
