5Wow! What a great battery pack!Jun 17, 2000

I have been using my Rechargable Mag light with the Ni-Cad Battery Pack for over five years. It charges when I am not using the light and when I pick it up to use the light these batteries really hold a charge. I take it on trips without even bringing the charger. It is one of my favorite tools. The battery does not leak and it is ZERO trouble. I recommend this light and battery pack for everyone. Portable, rugged, dependable and very useful.

2These batteries leaked for meJun 03, 2008
By JW Coltrain
My mag charger flashlight was working well a month ago, but today I tried it and it was dead. Put it on the AC charger, as usual, but after 8 hours it was hot (the flashlights body) so I tried the light (still charging), and nothing happened. Upon opening the tailcap, white powder dumped out, and the insides are totally corroded. Thankfully it didn't start a fire or explode. The flashlight is useless now. This was my second battery I've had but it leaked badly.

ps - I always charged it for at least 12 hours, and this battery was obtained directly from mag instruments.

5NOT really cheeper at "Zbattery"Dec 02, 2004
By Gary F. Lee
Okay, the "battery" is cheeper but there is that $8 shipping you need to consider. Amazon has the free shipping option. Oh yeah, great battery. Super great flaslight system!

5Great battery and valueSep 19, 2005

I never knew how much my old battery was lacking until I received this new battery and gave my flashlight a new lease on life. Amazon also has an excellent price.

5Beware of junk!Jun 25, 2009
By Robert H. Haberkorn "Rob Haberkorn"
This the second replacement battery pack I have purchased. What sets this one apart is the price. Most places want $40, or more, for this battery pack. I still feel that a $10 to $15 price range would be fair. But, paying half price does make me feel better.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I don't use the flashlight everyday, so when I tried it for the second time, just past the thirty day return period, I found that it was defective. Guess what Nobody would warranty it!
