Oscilloscope Probe and Accessories ReviewAug 20, 2011
By Miklos P. Kadar I purchased these two oscilloscope probes after I bought a 100MHz 4-channel analog Tektronix oscilloscope on E-bay. My older oscilloscope was only rated up to 35MHz so in order to utilize the increased bandwidth I was loking for something reasonably priced and capable of working up to 100MHz. The KIT I got did not disappoint. Nicely packaged, professional looking it came with an adjustment screwdriver plus multiple marker rings and tip locating sleeves in addition to the two oscilloscope probes that looked exactly like an older flavor but small Tektronix oscilloscope probes. They were easy to adjust and I put them to good use right away. In the plastic bag that they came with there was a nice clear description of bandwidth and the maximum voltage range these probes can handle and all the required specs. For the price it is a very good package, I am contemplating to buy another set as well, since my "new" scope has 4 input channels. I can recommend this to anyone who is looking for an oscilloscope probe.
