The main thing is that it sounds fantastic filling the room with a deep, rich sound. But it is beautiful too. I thought it might be funny looking, but it is just a gorgeous little box that sits there sending out music. A wonderful, simple design.

While the Model Three may sound ok by itself, adding this second speaker is a definite improvement.
However, I am not sold on the idea of a top-firing speaker. Doesn't it make more sense to direct the sound toward your ears/your listening position, rather than up at the ceiling?
Aesthetically, the design of this add-on speaker is simple and classy, and the small form factor might be handy for a bedroom or office.
Like all Tivoli products, the price has been increasing steadily. My advice would be to pass on overpriced Tivoli gear and apply that money toward traditional bookshelf speakers of high quality paired with decent separates/components, which will inevitably prove to be more satisfying in the long run.

I love the simplicity of this speaker. 1 cord and you're ready to rock with your model 3. I'll mention that the speaker cord is 15 feet long, and in conjunction with the model 3 they create a dynamic, rich sound.

I added this speaker to my satallite radio. What great sound for a bedroom or office. I plan to get the subwoofer. I have a BEO system in the house, but you can't beat the sound for this price.

I bought this to go along with my Tivoli Sirius Satellite Radio and boy am I happy with it! I've got it about 10 feet away from the radio and it makes the listening very nice indeed. I mostly listen to Opera and Classic Music and the addition of this little stereo speaker was perfect. And it looks great!
