I bought this to complete my series of training wusthof knives, it is great only observation is that it is a little small, you have to remember that this is a gourmet series and that means that it is stamped steel, so it's light, but otherwise it's a nice ad on to another set of knives

This is our second of this knife.- not because the first wore out or broke but because when my husband & I cook together we both want to use it. Now we'll each have one!
